In-district student transfers are for students living inside Round Rock ISD school zone boundaries and who are currently enrolled in Round Rock ISD. A Home Access Center (HAC) account is required to use this application for in-district transfers. Employees with students living outside the district may use this application by following the instructions below.

Out-of-district student transfers are for students living outside Round Rock ISD school zone boundaries.

Students who are currently attending school on a student transfer do not need to re-apply for the following school year.  Parents will be notified if the continuation of the transfer is approved or if it is denied due to attendance, behavior, or academics.
